About the Job:
We’re hiring a Training and Development Coordinator to help organize and manage staff training. You’ll make sure employees learn the skills they need to do their jobs better.
Main Duties:
- Find out what training staff need
- Plan and schedule training sessions
- Help with trainer bookings and materials
- Keep records of who attended training
- Check if the training helped improve work
- Support new employee orientation
- Create or organize online training materials
- Work with department heads on training needs
- Follow company and industry training rules
- Make simple reports about training progress
What You Need:
- Diploma or degree in HR, Business, or Education
- 1–3 years of HR or training experience
- Good at communicating and presenting
- Comfortable working with different people
- Knows how to use MS Office and email
- Organized and good at managing time
