Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Social Media Marketer with a passion for creating content, executing campaigns, and building meaningful connections online. This is a hands-on, full-time position where your role will be pivotal in enhancing our brand visibility and customer engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compelling social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage day-to-day content creation and publishing on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Plan and monitor paid advertising campaigns to ensure effective ROI.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate insight-driven reports.
- Engage with online audiences by responding to comments, inquiries, and messages.
- Answer customer phone calls and assist with digital product or service inquiries.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing (agency or in-house preferred).
- Strong knowledge of content creation, community management, and platform algorithms.
- Proven ability to manage Facebook Business Suite, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Familiarity with TikTok and YouTube content strategies is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Self-driven, creative thinker with attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Experience handling customer interactions via social media and phone calls.
