We’re on the lookout for a proactive and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. You’ll play a key part in student recruitment, building partnerships, and driving marketing efforts that boost brand awareness and enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit students by managing inquiries, contracts, and the admissions process
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote our educational services (including phone-based campaigns)
- Develop strong relationships with schools, colleges, and prospective students
- Represent the company at education fairs, open days, and promotional events
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience
- Monitor market trends to support marketing and outreach improvements
Qualifications:
Must-Have:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in student counseling, sales, or admissions (preferably in the education sector)
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Good IT literacy and familiarity with social media marketing
- Proactive, confident, and results-driven mindset
Nice-to-Have:
- Fluency in Sinhala and/or Tamil
- Experience working with CRM tools or student information systems
- Background in education sales or academic consulting
Location & Work Type:
