Job Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Branch Manager to lead day-to-day operations at one of our busy restaurant locations. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll ensure seamless service, manage staff, oversee inventory, and create a top-notch dining experience that keeps our guests coming back. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Supervise, mentor, and schedule front-of-house and kitchen teams
- Maintain high standards in food quality, hygiene, and safety
- Manage stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and monitor inventory
- Implement sales strategies and in-store promotions to meet revenue goals
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a service-first mindset
- Track daily performance metrics, budgets, and operational reports
- Work closely with head office on business goals and administrative updates
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of proven experience in a similar role within the food & beverage industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- In-depth understanding of restaurant operations, hygiene standards, and customer service
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Proficiency in inventory handling and basic financial reporting
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to challenges
Nice-to-Have:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software

Multiple branches across Sri Lanka (Colombo-based preferred)
