Position Overview
Ayu Lanka Ayurveda Hospital is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to spearhead outreach initiatives and promote the hospital’s specialized Ayurvedic services. The ideal candidate will bring both strategy and execution to the table—planning campaigns, managing social media, conducting market research, and enhancing brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand reach and patient acquisition
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer preferences
- Create engaging content for brochures, digital platforms, and social media channels
- Manage promotional campaigns and monitor their effectiveness using KPIs
- Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to align marketing goals with operational priorities
- Represent Ayu Lanka at local health fairs, conferences, and community events
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or wellness sector
- Proficiency in creating content for print and digital media
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, advertising, and email marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines
- Prior experience with Ayurvedic or traditional medicine marketing is a plus
