Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Kandy. This role is ideal for a results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced educational environment and is passionate about brand development, student recruitment, and strategic marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote ICBS programs
- Conduct detailed market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to align marketing efforts
- Manage both digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and events
- Drive student engagement and lead generation initiatives
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular analytics reports
Qualifications & Competencies
- Proven experience in market planning and research
- Strong foundation in sales and marketing strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM platforms is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
