Position Overview
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-driven Human Resources Administrative Coordinator to support our team in Kurunegala. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about human resource operations and general administration, particularly in a dynamic tech-driven environment. You will be the backbone of our HR processes and office administration, ensuring seamless execution of daily functions that support both employee experience and organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, initial screening, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding workflows to ensure a positive employee journey.
- Administer internal HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
- Provide HR support to staff by addressing policy inquiries and assisting with employee engagement activities.
- Manage petty cash transactions, track office expenditures, and maintain accurate financial logs.
- Organize and file administrative documents; manage office supply inventory and vendor coordination.
- Support internal communication efforts and assist in organizing team-building and corporate events.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Sound knowledge of HR practices and Sri Lankan labor laws.
- Proficiency in administrative functions and petty cash handling is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Previous experience in an HR/Admin role within a fast-paced environment is preferred.
