Position Summary
We are currently seeking a dedicated Guest Relation Officer to join our front-facing hospitality team. This role is pivotal in ensuring an exceptional experience for all visitors by providing courteous, informed, and proactive guest service at every touchpoint within the tower premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors with warmth, professionalism, and accuracy
- Respond to inquiries, offer guided information, and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain an engaging and informative front-desk presence
- Coordinate with security, maintenance, and event teams to ensure a smooth guest experience
- Maintain visitor logs, feedback records, and report incidents as needed
- Manage ticketing support and promote tower attractions or events
- Uphold a high standard of appearance and etiquette at all times
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in guest relations, customer service, or front office roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities with a friendly, approachable manner
- Ability to manage pressure in a high-volume tourist environment
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Sinhala, Tamil, or additional languages is a plus
- Prior experience in the hospitality or tourism sector is an added advantage
- A proactive mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
