About the Role:

We are hiring a Front Desk Manager to lead our front office team in Negombo. You will be the first point of contact for guests and help ensure a smooth and friendly check-in and check-out process. A great attitude, team leadership, and customer service are key!


Main Duties:

  1. Welcome and assist guests at the front desk.
  2. Manage check-in and check-out process.
  3. Supervise front office staff.
  4. Handle guest complaints and solve issues.
  5. Manage bookings and reservations.
  6. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
  7. Maintain records and prepare daily reports.
  8. Train new front desk staff.
  9. Keep the reception area clean and organized.
  10. Follow all hotel policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
  2. At least 2 years of front office experience.
  3. Good communication skills.
  4. Basic computer knowledge.
  5. Friendly and professional attitude.
  6. Can work flexible hours, including weekends.
