About the Role:
We are hiring a Front Desk Manager to lead our front office team in Negombo. You will be the first point of contact for guests and help ensure a smooth and friendly check-in and check-out process. A great attitude, team leadership, and customer service are key!
Main Duties:
- Welcome and assist guests at the front desk.
- Manage check-in and check-out process.
- Supervise front office staff.
- Handle guest complaints and solve issues.
- Manage bookings and reservations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
- Maintain records and prepare daily reports.
- Train new front desk staff.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- At least 2 years of front office experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Friendly and professional attitude.
- Can work flexible hours, including weekends.
