About the Role:
We are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to lead the restaurant and bar operations in our hotel in Negombo. If you enjoy managing teams, providing great service, and working in hospitality, this role is for you.
Main Duties:
- Manage the restaurant and bar staff.
- Make sure guests get excellent food and service.
- Train and schedule staff.
- Work with the kitchen team for smooth service.
- Handle guest feedback and fix issues quickly.
- Keep track of stock and orders.
- Make sure food safety rules are followed.
- Control food and drink costs.
- Help plan menus and special events.
- Prepare basic reports on sales and staff.
Qualifications:
- Hotel or hospitality diploma/degree.
- 3 years’ experience in a similar job.
- Good leadership and people skills.
- Knows food safety and hygiene rules.
- Can manage budgets and control costs.
- Can speak English (Sinhala/Tamil is a bonus).
