Position Overview
We’re in search of a Digital Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in running high-converting ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate is analytical, results-oriented, and capable of building impactful digital strategies that directly influence ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and manage targeted campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and LinkedIn platforms.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs including CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Execute A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies.
- Track performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
- Create performance reports with actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
- Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and ad policy revisions.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing digital ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Strong knowledge of bid strategies, retargeting, and customer journey optimization.
- Proficient in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred but Not Required
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing.
- Experience working in eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and remarketing funnels.
