About the Role:
We are hiring a Construction Project Manager to lead and manage building projects in Kurunegala. You’ll plan the work, manage the budget, lead the team, and make sure everything is finished on time and to a high standard.
Main Duties:
- Plan and start building projects.
- Track time, budget, and work progress.
- Lead site engineers and workers.
- Solve on-site problems quickly.
- Talk to clients, suppliers, and other teams.
- Follow all safety rules.
- Approve work plans and schedules.
- Give updates to management.
- Make sure work is high quality.
- Visit the site often to check everything.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 3+ years of similar experience.
- Knows how buildings are made and what materials to use.
- Can use tools like MS Project and AutoCAD.
- Good at leading people and solving problems.
- Can handle pressure and deadlines.
