Role Overview
We are looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our Sri Lanka-based back-office team as Business Development Executives. In this role, you will guide clients through the international shipping process, helping them find the best solutions to move their vehicles or goods. You’ll collaborate with our Dubai operations and freight teams, gaining hands-on exposure to the global logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with individual and commercial clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Understand customer needs and propose tailored shipping options
- Follow up on sales leads and inquiries with timely, effective communication
- Support customers throughout the shipping process and ensure a seamless experience
- Collaborate with international offices and logistics teams to coordinate shipping solutions
- Maintain long-term client relationships through professional and responsive service
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Freshers welcome! No experience required – full training provided
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn about international logistics
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Knowledge of additional languages such as French, Dutch, Arabic, or German is a bonus
- Ambitious individuals with the desire to grow in an international business environment
