Role Summary
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Solar to join our solar energy division in Pannala. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and safety of solar-powered electrical systems. From routine preventive maintenance to advanced troubleshooting, your technical expertise will support seamless operations and sustainable energy performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of solar electrical systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults to reduce downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes
- Perform preventive maintenance to improve system longevity
- Provide technical support and guidance to operations and maintenance teams
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to improve system efficiency
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Solid background in solar energy systems and electrical engineering
- Proficient in preventive maintenance practices and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of electrical safety standards and grid connectivity
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Prior experience in the renewable energy or solar sector is a strong advantage
- Effective communication skills and attention to detail
