Role Summary

As a Business Development Coordinator, you will play a critical role in coordinating end-to-end e-commerce functions—from order fulfillment to digital strategy. This hybrid role combines daily operational responsibilities with a data-driven growth mindset, making it ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in fast-paced e-commerce or retail environments.


Key Responsibilities

Operational Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end order processing, from receipt to shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
  • Supervise picking and packing operations with a focus on product integrity and packaging standards.
  • Coordinate shipping logistics, track deliveries, and manage courier relationships.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on inventory and packaged goods.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, reinforcing brand trust and satisfaction.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of inventory, returns, and shipment history for reporting and analysis.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Optimize digital ad performance by improving ROAS and lowering CPA.
  • Set and track customer acquisition and retention goals, leveraging digital tools and marketing funnels.
  • Reduce order processing times and increase operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve website conversion rates and boost qualified traffic.
  • Manage product catalog growth by adding new inventory and tracking sell-through performance.
  • Monitor customer service KPIs including satisfaction scores and response time.
