Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Deputy Analyst – Payroll to join our growing HR and payroll division. In this role, you will support seamless payroll execution and compensation management for our client base. You’ll be working in a dynamic, hybrid environment where your precision and HR knowledge directly contribute to high-impact operational outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness for client accounts.
  • Manage employee compensation and benefits in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Liaise directly with client HR teams to collect data, validate inputs, and ensure compliance.
  • Support general HR functions and assist in handling confidential employee records.
  • Maintain payroll documentation and resolve discrepancies proactively.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on payroll experience and at least 2 years in HR overall.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and experience using HRIS or payroll systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients professionally.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
  • Experience in BPO or apparel sector will be an added advantage.
