About the Role
We are on the lookout for a Senior Executive – Business Development who thrives on building relationships and identifying new opportunities in the HR and workforce solutions space. Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities in HR outsourcing, staffing, and talent acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and clients.
- Create customized solutions in collaboration with internal teams to meet client needs.
- Meet and exceed revenue and growth targets through proactive sales efforts.
- Represent Quess Lanka at networking events, client meetings, and industry forums.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably within HR, staffing, or BPO services.
- Strong existing corporate network and familiarity with industry decision-makers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
