About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Support Associate to join our team at Cinnamon Life – City of Dreams. You’ll be a key brand ambassador, helping us promote and sell our exclusive premium membership programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote Cinnamon Life’s premium membership programs to walk-in guests, event attendees, and targeted customers
- Conduct confident, persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs
- Build lasting relationships by delivering excellent customer service
- Manage objections effectively and close sales with professionalism
- Track daily performance metrics and maintain accurate client records
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and promotions
- Represent Cinnamon Life with charisma and brand alignment
- Support post-sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about ongoing offers and program updates
- Provide timely feedback from customer interactions to improve strategy
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience in sales, promotions, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven with the ability to work under sales targets
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking ability
- Outgoing, confident, and polished demeanor
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and events
- Team-oriented mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
